Energy Performance Certificates

Xgates Gas Services provides affordable Domestic Energy Performance Certificates (EPC) (domestic EPC) in and around Fife. These certificates have been required since 1 October 2008 for rented property offered to the market.

Xgates Gas Services has successfully granted many energy performance certificates across the region to date.
